• Medical Benefits: Ministry of Health will bear the cost of premium for enrolment in a health insurance scheme as decided by MOH.
• Visa: Visa fees will only be paid for the employee.
• Overtime: If Employee is made to work longer than the set hours of work, overtime pay shall be given as per the Maldives Government rules and regulation. (Overtime is not applicable for specialist medical practitioners)
• Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided as accommodation policy.
• Ticket: Economy class Air ticket will be provided / reimbursed to the employee when joining, upon completion of the contract and to return and come back from home on annual leave. USD 200 will be provided for the employee to use to for international
travel and if the bill exceeds the said amount, 50% of the exceeded amount will be provided. If the bill is less than USD 200, the set amount of the bill will be provided
• Contract Period: 1 year (subject to termination by employee within 3 months’ notice)
• Place of Work: The EMPLOYEE will generally be expected to undertake the Programmed Activities at the principal place of work but the EMPLOYEE may be required to work in other locations including sites in other islands if requested by the EMPLOYER
• Since MOH need to fill the post urgently, we will be giving priority to the person who can join at the earliest possible date.
