1. Educational Requirement: Matriculation or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university.
2. Driving License: Must hold a valid Civil Driving License for both light motor vehicles (LMV) and heavy motor vehicles (HMV).
3. Professional Skills: Must possess professional driving skills and basic knowledge of motor mechanisms.
4. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in driving motor vehicles is required.
